MQM Montreal chapter commemorated a day of solidarity with Kashmiri brothers and sisters in Montreal, Canada. Member of Central Organizing Committee, MQM Canada Kashif Omer, Incharge Montreal chapter, Mohammad Zaki Syed, office bearers, workers and supporters of MQM attended the solidarity day event and showed their support for Kashmiri people's right to their true Self-Determination.

Program started with the recitation of the verses from Holy Quran. After restitution of Quran, Mohammad Zafar Khan, member Montreal chapter committee briefed about the geographical importance and the political history of Kashmir. He also highlighted the human rights abuses against innocent Kashmiris by the Indian Security Forces and the impact of celebrating Kashmir Solidarity Day on international communities. He also elaborated the role of MQM as well as humanitarian services of the workers and the leadership who tirelessly served their Kashmiri brothers and sisters during the devastating Earthquake on special instructions of Founder & Leader Altaf Hussain.

Member Central Organizing Committee, MQM Canada, Kashif Omer in his address, reiterated the allegiance of MQM leader Altaf Hussain in regards to the struggle of the people of Kashmir that "Kashmir belongs to the people of Kashmir and MQM will continue to raise the voice of legitimate rights of the people of Kashmir at every forum of the world.

In-charge Montreal chapter, Mohammad Zaki Syed congratulated workers for the Viladat-e-Mustafa SAWW and requested the workers to keep participating in community events with their families to keep MQM Montreal activities alive.

Event culminated with Dua and a thought of unity and solidarity with Kashmiri community as well as all deprived communities around the world disregarding their cast, creed and culture.
